photo disclaimer
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on store though we cannot guarantee that your mobile device or computer monitor will display the accurate colour.
product quality
Imperfections on colour, texture, scratches, creases, and marks are of the leather hide’s natural properties, making each piece uniquely imperfectly perfect.
Products are either hand stitched or tailor-made giving each piece a personal touch; imperfections on stitching cannot be avoided.
YHF Manila is committed to provide good quality products but certain imperfections cannot be avoided on real leather and handcrafted products. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
monograming
Laser engraved or monogrammed items can no longer be returned or exchanged once payment is received as we have already sent it to production for engraving.
Blind monogramming usually takes 1-2 business days on off-peak period or longer and up to 5-7 days on peak period or longer depending on the production load and the quantity of order.
For laser engraving, it usually takes at least 3-5 business days or longer on off-peak period and up to 7-10 days or longer on peak period depending on the production load and the quantity of order.
For big font monogram, one liner with no repetitive characters are allowed.
For small italic font monogram, one liner repetitive characters are allowed.
Please be aware that areas near stitch and hardware like rivets and snaps are not possible for engraving.
Monogram alignment imperfections cannot be avoided.
custom products
Custom-made products can no longer be returned or exchange once payment is received as we have already sent it to production.
These usually take 7-10 working days on off peak period and 10-14 working days or longer on peak period depending on the complexity of the design and stitching. It may take longer for bigger quantity.
Leather, thread, or fabric colours are subject to availability.
Imperfections on stitch specially on hand-stitched products cannot be avoided.
return policy
Leather is a delicate material, so kindly be careful when ordering items online. Except for manufacturing-damaged items and wrong item or colour shipped as to that of original order from YHF Manila. The return shipping fee will be paid for by YHF Manila, and the correct item will be automatically sent to the customer once returned item is shipped back to YHF Manila or dropped to any of our kiosk branch.
